I created this holiday social post while working with CO-nxt for INSA’s B20 Program. The piece was designed to recognize the program’s member organizations in a way that felt warm, seasonal, and more crafted than a static list of logos.
I animated Photoshop layers in After Effects using the Stroke effect to create the drawn-on look, then layered Roughen Edges and Turbulent Displace to give the motion a more organic, hand-drawn feel. That kind of effect stacking is one of my favorite parts of motion design because small adjustments can completely change the personality of a piece.
This project shows how I use animation style as part of the message, not just as decoration. By combining clean timing with a more handmade finish, I was able to create a simple social asset that felt polished, thoughtful, and appropriate for the message.
