For the release of their song Hide & Seek, Christian Artist His Witness were looking for a lyric video with a playful interpretation of the lyrics. They wanted something clean and modern with an urban feel.

The video was created in After Effects using a custom text animations and masks. The background was created from a high resolution still image with a 4-Color Gradient and Curves Adjustment to toggle between lightness and darkness. The zoom-out motion at the end of the video is simply a slow change in scale and position using key frames. The Bokeh effect is a video overlay with an alpha channel which has been looped to the length of the audio.
